I’m Brittany, a proud contributing member of a dual-income-household (my husband’s favorite thing to whisper in my ear) with an un-made bed and an ultra-organized makeup drawer. I live for whipping up a mean Pinterest recipe (never a fail!), crafting dream #weddinggoals with a variety of textiles, and posting Instagram stories like the aspiring blogger that I am.  

 

I start every day with a high intensity interval workout class, followed by {at least} one poached egg for breakfast. I am THE ultimate flavored sparkling water connoisseur. If I had a (b)illion dollars I would buy houses in every huge metropolitan area, so I would never have to take a flight longer than 5 hours to get to my next travel destination (I hate flying!). In my freetime you can find me working on my most recent DIY project, binging a Netflix series, or exploring a new restaurant in the city. I love country music, the Blackhawks, and smoked gouda mac and cheese. I live in West Town with my hunky husband Jorge, and our mini bernedoodle puppy, Hobbs. 

Hi, I'm Katherine, but most call me Kath! From planning high school formals to college dance recitals, I love creating experiences for people to enjoy. More importantly, I am potentially the most detail oriented person you'll ever meet. After earning my Bachelor’s in Industrial Systems Engineering at Ohio State, I made the move to Chicago and started my career in Product Management at a Fortune 100 company. It was here in Chicago that I met my now husband (thanks Bumble!) and sisters-in-law (Brittany and Rachel!).

At your wedding, I will provide the perfect combination of order and creativity, excitement and poise. I strive to consider every detail with care and be quick to conquer the unexpected. I believe that there is nothing more beautiful than two people wanting to spend the rest of their lives together through marriage and will do everything in my power to make your special day absolutely perfect! Hi all! I’m Rachel, a twenty-something Chicagoland native and I love all things family, fitness, peanut butter and romance. Whether it’s a nice date night out in the West Loop or ordering sushi and watching Netflix on a Friday night in our PJ’s, I am a s-u-c-k-e-r for romance… and a good party. That is why We Do was the perfect way to incorporate the two.

 

While attending the University of Kentucky, I found my niche creating a  “two week long” wedding, aka sorority recruitment. While I know life isn’t a sorority (even though I sometimes wish I still lived across the hall from my best friends), I took both my recruiting experience and detail-oriented event execution and made it a best of both worlds career for myself. When I'm not coordinating weddings, I run the recruiting efforts for a Fortune 500 company in both downtown Chicago and the suburbs.

We Do holds a special place in my heart as I have the honor to do something I enjoy, with two sisters that I love. I promise to provide affordable services for the bride who wants to plan her special day, but also wants to enjoy it.
